All Poool servers (production and backup) are located in the EU. We do not use any US cloud services.
The storage and processing of your data is, of course, GDPR compliant. Important: all your data remains completely and exclusively your property.
We back up your data daily at two different locations. All your data is treated with confidentiality and secrecy. All Poool employees have signed an additional non-disclosure agreement.
The minimum contract period is 12 months. You can cancel Poool at any time with 3 months' notice to the end of the contract term.
You can deactivate or activate users at any time. Short-term overlaps during staff changes are covered by our goodwill policy.
